This sensor was developed for economical pressure measurements. Beside the usual sensor applications, for example feedback for control systems or continuous surveilance, this sensor can also replace pressure switches due to the low costs. The sensor can be used to surveil a multitude of mediums due to the high quality of materials that have been used. Up to 80°C the sensor is temperature compensated to increase the quality of the results. The sensor has been packaged with our display NOM11, giving it the ability to replace manometers or existing sensors with display.Note: Display is not configured This pressure sensor is by default equipped with a DIN 43650 A connection. Another designation for the connection is DIN EN 175301-803.Included: Sensor PT2, connector with gasket, display NOM11, long screwAttention: The display increases the minimum voltage of the system:Operating voltage for sensors with 0 - 10 V signal: 16 - 30 VOperating voltage for sensors with 4 - 20 mA signal: 16 - 30 V
This plug-In display is intended for integration into existing sensor connections. This display is compatible, depending on the variant, with all sensors, which have a 0 - 10 V or a 4 - 20 mA signal.Connecting the display is very simple as the original signal is passed through. Simply open the existing DIN 43650A connection, insert the display and close the connection again with the included longer screw. If the display has not already been configured, you can configure it now.Because the display causes a voltage drop of less than 3.5V, in most cases the supply voltage of the sensor does not need to be raised. An additional power source is not needed.Once the display is configured, it can be used as a quick monitoring tool in case of problems. Within a minute the display is installed, the measured value of the sensor is displayed and the source of the problem can be narrowed down. This way you can save valuable time solving the problem.Due to the low cost of the display it is economical to outfit an existing sensor with it than to have a manometer at a different connection. The display is equipped with background lighting, offering tireless readThe illumination of the display enables fatigue-free reading even in dark surroundings. Included: Display, with DIN 43650A connection: long screw as well as gasket as seen on the picturesConnection layout: DIN 43650A: 4 - 20 mA: 1: + 2: - 3: empty; 0 - 10 V: 1: + 2: - 3: signalThe display has to be configured by the customer.
with DIN 43650A plug as connection (18 mm). Other designations for the connection are valve connector and standard connector according to DIN EN 175301-803.This sensor was developed to favourably measure the pressure of media with higher temperatures. Due to the additional cooling fins compared to the basic model PT2, media with temperatures of up to 260°C can be monitored. In addition to the usual tasks of sensors, such as feedback for control systems or continuous monitoring, this sensor is also suitable for replacing pressure switches. Thanks to the high-quality materials, the pressure can be monitored in a wide range of media. An FFKM seal is used on the thread to the medium. The pressure sensor is partially temperature-compensated to increase the measuring accuracy. The pressure sensors are generally available from stock with 0.5% measuring accuracy. For this electrical connection, we offer various displays as accessories, modular according to your requirements.Further options are available as special orders, for example output signals with lower voltages on single-board computers, or other common threaded connections for the medium.Scope of delivery: Sensor and angle connector as shown in the picture
with DIN 43650A connection (18 mm). Another designation is connector following DIN EN 175301-803 This sensor was developed for economic pressure measurements. Beside the usual tanks of sensors, like feedback for regulating systems or for on-going surveillance, this sensor can, with the packaged display, also replace pressure switches. Due to the resistant materials, this sensor can be used with a multitude of media. Up to 80°C, this sensor is temperature compensated to increase accuracy. The sensors are available with 0.5% accuracy (f.s.) from stock. This set contains the sensor and the display NOM13, enabling the sensor to replace both manometers, pressure switches or other sensors with display. This combination offers two outputs for simulated switches for the user. Therefore the plug layout is changed to accomodate the two additional ports.Note: Display is not pre-configured.Package contains sensor PT2, display NOM13, plug with gasket and long screwAttention: The display increases the necessary minimum supply voltage of the system:Necessary supply voltage for sensors with 4-20 mA output: 16 - 30 V
with M12 plug, A coded 4-pin. Pressure range 0 to 6 bar. 4 to 20 mA signal. G 1/2" medium connection. This sensor was developed to be able to measure pressure in a contamination-resistant manner, especially with media that can form deposits. The special surface of the pressure transducer makes deposits more difficult and makes cleaning easier, while the design avoids small cross-sections that can quickly become clogged.
