Safety relief valve RV20 universal for side channel blowers with G 2" connection thread
suitable for: Side channel blowers in pressure operation (limited also in vacuum operation)
Function: The side channel blowers are cooled by the external motor fan as well as by the air to be delivered in the side channel.
Therefore a safe and proper operation is only possible if the side channel blower is operated below the maximum permissible pressure difference. The use of a safety valve ensures that an adequate amount of air is always available for the cooling of the unit. The safety valves are adjustable and should be set to 90% of the maximum differential pressure of the corresponding side channel blower model.
